It is not an in-app purchase, and it is not sold to solo operators or individual users. An owner-operator working alone gets the app free and buys Pro and BlueDog Intelligence in the app.
Working on your own? The app is free and the upgrades are in-app purchases. You do not need one of these plans, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a seat you have no use for.
