You can delete your BlueDog Qualifier account yourself, whenever you want. You do not need to ask us, and nobody has to approve it.
If you work for a company that uses Qualifier, the estimates, clients, and settings in that company’s account belong to the company, not to you. They stay, and simply stop showing you as their author. Deleting your login does not delete your employer’s business records.
If you are the only person in your Qualifier account — a one-person company — then there is nobody left to own that work, so the organization is deleted with you: its estimates, clients, branding, and settings all go. This cannot be undone.
We may keep billing and tax records where the law requires it. See the privacy policy.
There is no case where you must arrange something before you are allowed to leave. If you are the only owner of a team that still has colleagues, ownership passes automatically to the longest-standing member. If the organization is being deleted with you and it has a paid subscription, that subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion, so nothing keeps billing afterwards.
If you cannot sign in, or something above does not work, email support@bluedogqualifier.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
