Pro is one in-app purchase, and it is about everything your client sees and does. The app is complete without it, and nothing you have already made is ever locked away.

How buying Pro works

You buy it inside the app, on your iPhone, iPad or Android device — not on this website.

The App Store or Google Play shows you the price in your own currency before you confirm.

It goes on the store account you already use. You do not need an account with us to buy it, and there is nothing to arrange with our sales team.

Manage or cancel it in your device’s account settings, like any other subscription. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.

Your client pays the design retainer straight to you, through your own Stripe account. We never take a cut of it.

Stop paying for Pro and nothing you made is deleted. Your estimates stay readable and stay saved to your free account, and the app keeps scoping, pricing and saving PDFs exactly as before.

The app

Is BlueDog Qualifier V3 really free, or is it a trial?

It is free, permanently, and it is the complete estimating app — not a trial, a demo, or a limited edition. Scope a job room by room, set allowances, build a good-better-best budget, use your own products, pricing and margins, and put your logo on the estimate.

Create a free account and your estimates are saved to the cloud, still at no charge. There is no card and no subscription. If you never buy anything, nothing switches off.

You can save a PDF and email it to your client from your own mail app, free. Pro, an in-app purchase, adds two things: BlueDog Intelligence for assisted capture, and the estimate as a web version your client opens in a browser — their feedback and questions come back on it, they can approve it, and you can attach a payment link on your own Stripe account.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes. Capture, pricing and estimate building all work with no connection at all — basements, new construction, rural sites. Everything you did saves up to your account on its own once you are back in range.

Can I use my own products and pricing?

Yes, and they stay yours — in the free app, with nothing to buy. Your products, your allowances, your margins.

BlueDog Data, our catalog of 19,000+ AV products, is a different thing: it comes with the Teams edition for organizations, and it is an accelerator rather than a requirement. A solo integrator builds complete estimates from their own pricing and never needs it.

When can I get the app?
