And it keeps a locked archive of exactly what you sent, which matters the first time a client remembers the number differently to you.

Yes. BlueDog Cloud is a full estimating environment in the browser, not a viewer for what someone else captured on a phone. You can build an entire estimate at a desk without touching the mobile app.

If your company has reps in the field as well, the same estimate flows between them — they scope on site, you finish in the office.

No. It turns walkthrough notes, voice capture or project information into a structured starting point, and it can flag gaps or opportunities you might want to add.

Your salesperson reviews the scope, chooses the products and approves the final estimate. Nothing goes to a client that a person has not signed off. Less data entry, more selling — not a machine quoting on your behalf.

On any Cloud plan you connect your own Stripe account, and the client pays the design retainer directly to you when they approve the estimate. The money never passes through us, and we never take a cut of it — we charge for the platform, not the transaction.

Using the app on its own, there is no payment integration. You can add a payment link you already have to an estimate.

Your account moves to Cloud Teams automatically. You are never left paying more than the Cloud Teams price for the same number of seats, and you do not have to spot the saving yourself.

Nothing is deleted. Your estimates remain, and the app keeps working on the device as it always did. Subscribing again switches syncing and the web app back on.
