On a Cloud plan, connect your own Stripe account and the client pays the design retainer directly to you when they approve the estimate. It never passes through us and we never take a cut — we charge for the platform, not the transaction.
Using the app on its own, there is no payment integration; you can add a payment link you already have to an estimate.
What is the difference between Cloud, Cloud Pro and Cloud Teams?
Cloud ($19.95/month) is storage, sync, the full web app, client links, comments, e-approval and retainer payments.
Cloud Pro ($79.95/month) adds the BlueDog Data catalog of 19,000+ AV products, the ability to specify actual products rather than allowances, and BlueDog Intelligence.
Cloud Teams ($149.95/month) adds a shared company catalog and pricing, roles, invites and team management, with three users included.

What happens when I add a third user?
Your account moves to Cloud Teams automatically. You are never left paying more than the Cloud Teams price for the same number of seats, and you do not have to spot the saving yourself.
Is there a trial?
Cloud Pro comes with a 15-day free trial. And the app itself is free permanently, so you can put it in a rep's hands and see how it works on a real walkthrough before you decide anything.
What happens to my estimates if I stop subscribing?
Nothing is deleted. Your estimates remain, and the app keeps working on the device as it always did. Subscribing again switches syncing and the web app back on.
